Hot-Dip Galvanized BRC Fence

Hot-Dip Galvanized BRC Fence is a welded steel mesh panel with continuously rolled top and bottom edges. The welded grid fixes the mesh opening, while the rolled edges form a rigid rounded profile.

Typical configurations use 5.0–6.0 mm steel wire with 50 × 200 mm or 75 × 200 mm mesh openings. Panel height, width, post section, fixing method and galvanized coating requirements can be matched to the fence layout.

Welded Mesh Panel
Horizontal and vertical wires are arranged to the specified opening and welded at each intersection. This establishes the panel grid and keeps the section dimensionally stable.
Rolled Edges
The top and bottom wires are continuously formed into rounded profiles. The formed edges reinforce the panel perimeter and provide the characteristic BRC appearance.
Post Connection
Panels are fixed to steel posts using clamps, bolts or compatible fittings. The connection arrangement is selected from the panel width and post section.

Panel Rigidity
The welded grid and formed top and bottom edges create a stiff panel structure for continuous perimeter sections.
Zinc Protection
Hot-dip galvanizing places a zinc coating over the fabricated steel surface, providing corrosion protection for outdoor fence installations.
Defined Mesh Geometry
Welded intersections maintain the specified rectangular opening, supporting consistent positioning between adjacent panels.

50 × 200 mm Mesh
The smaller opening creates a denser grid and provides closer wire spacing across the panel.
75 × 200 mm Mesh
The wider opening gives a more open grid while retaining the same rolled-edge panel construction.
5.0–6.0 mm Wire
Wire diameter affects panel weight and rigidity. Selection is coordinated with panel size, fence height and post spacing.

Panel Height
Typical panel heights range from 600 to 2400 mm. Height is selected according to the required boundary level and post configuration.
Panel Width
Widths of 2000–3000 mm cover common continuous fence layouts. Panel width also establishes the basic post spacing.
Edge Profile
The rolled top and bottom are formed continuously along the panel length to maintain a uniform finished section.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing
After welding and edge forming, the fabricated panel undergoes hot-dip galvanizing. The process creates a zinc coating over the steel surface.
Coating Specification
Requirements may be defined by zinc coating mass, coating thickness or the applicable project specification.
Surface Inspection
Finished panels are checked for coating coverage, visible surface condition and conformity with the specified treatment.

Wire Preparation
Steel wire is straightened and prepared to the specified diameter before mesh production.
Mesh Welding
Horizontal and vertical wires are positioned according to the selected opening and welded at each intersection.
Edge Forming
The completed mesh panel is formed along the top and bottom edges to create the continuous rolled profile.
Galvanizing
The fabricated panel is hot-dip galvanized to the specified coating requirement, followed by dimensional and surface inspection.

Mesh Opening
Opening dimensions are checked against the specified 50 × 200 mm, 75 × 200 mm or approved project size.
Wire Diameter
Wire diameter is measured against the specified 5.0–6.0 mm range or the approved custom requirement.
Panel Dimensions
Panel height, width and edge profile are checked to support correct post positioning and section alignment.

Post spacing follows the selected panel width and fixing arrangement. Accurate spacing keeps adjoining panels aligned along the fence line.

Post foundation dimensions and installation depth are determined from fence height, ground conditions and project requirements.

Panels are stacked and secured for handling and transport. Packing arrangements are coordinated with panel dimensions and loading requirements.
