High-Strength BRC Fence

High-Strength BRC Fence is a welded steel mesh panel with continuously rolled top and bottom edges. The welded grid fixes the mesh opening, while the rolled profile adds stiffness along the panel boundaries and forms a rounded finished edge.

A common configuration uses 6.0 mm steel wire with 50 × 200 mm or 75 × 200 mm mesh openings. Panel height, width, post section, surface treatment and fixing arrangement can be specified according to the fence layout.

6.0 mm Wire
The 6.0 mm wire provides a substantial welded panel structure for perimeter layouts requiring increased rigidity and stable panel geometry.
Fixed Mesh
Welded intersections maintain the specified opening throughout the panel. Consistent wire spacing supports accurate alignment between adjacent panels.
Rolled Edges
Continuous top and bottom rolls reinforce the panel boundaries and create the characteristic BRC profile.

Wire Preparation
Low carbon steel wire is processed to the specified diameter before mesh fabrication. Wire diameter determines the basic material section and contributes to panel weight and rigidity.
Mesh Welding
Longitudinal and transverse wires are positioned to the required pitch before welding. Welded intersections form the fixed mesh structure and maintain consistent panel geometry.

Continuous Roll
The upper and lower wires are formed continuously along the panel length. The profile is produced as part of the panel rather than added as a separate component.
Edge Stiffness
The formed sections reinforce the long panel boundaries and help maintain the panel profile during handling, transport and installation.

Hot-Dip Galvanized
A zinc coating provides corrosion protection for steel fencing used in outdoor environments. Coating requirements can be specified according to project conditions.
Powder Coated
Powder coating provides a controlled finished surface and can be specified in conjunction with a suitable galvanized substrate. Project color requirements can be matched to the specified finish.

Industrial Sites
Suitable for factory compounds, warehouses, logistics areas and controlled industrial perimeters where rigid welded panels are required.

Fixing Hardware
Clamps, bolts or brackets connect the panel to the post. Hardware dimensions should be coordinated with the post section and panel configuration.

Wire Diameter
Incoming and processed wire can be checked against the specified diameter before mesh production.
Mesh Opening
Mesh pitch is checked across the panel to maintain the specified opening and dimensional consistency.
Welded Intersections
Weld positions are inspected for consistent spacing and stable panel geometry.
Roll Profile
The top and bottom formed sections are checked for continuity and profile consistency along the panel length.
Surface Finish
