Heavy-Duty BRC Fence

Heavy-Duty BRC Fence is a welded steel mesh panel with continuously rolled top and bottom edges. Welded intersections hold the specified mesh opening, while the formed edges increase panel rigidity and create a rounded finished profile.

 Typical configurations use 5.0–6.0 mm wire with 50 × 200 mm or 75 × 200 mm mesh openings. Panel dimensions, surface treatment and post configuration can be specified to match the fence layout and installation requirements.

Welded Panel
Horizontal and vertical steel wires are positioned to the specified spacing and welded at each intersection. This creates a fixed mesh grid across the complete panel.
Rolled Edges
The top and bottom wires are continuously formed into rounded profiles. The formed sections add stiffness to the panel and maintain a defined edge.
Post Connection
Panels are fixed to steel posts with compatible clamps or brackets. Post section and spacing are matched to the selected panel dimensions.

Wire Diameter
Heavy-duty configurations commonly use 5.0–6.0 mm wire. The selected diameter affects panel weight, rigidity and material consumption.
Mesh Opening
Typical openings are 50 × 200 mm and 75 × 200 mm. The opening determines the grid density and visual permeability of the fence.
Panel Dimensions
Common panel widths range from 2000–3000 mm, with heights from 1000–2400 mm. Exact dimensions are set according to the fence layout and post spacing.
 

Steel Wire
Low carbon steel wire forms the welded panel structure. Wire diameter is controlled according to the specified panel configuration.
Galvanized Finish
Hot-dip galvanizing applies a zinc coating to the steel surface for outdoor corrosion protection. Coating requirements can be specified according to the applicable project specification.
Powder Coating
Powder coating can be applied when a defined color or finished surface is required. The coating system and color reference should be confirmed before production.

Wire Preparation
Steel wire is straightened and prepared to the required diameter and production length.
Mesh Welding
Prepared wires are aligned to the specified mesh spacing and welded at each intersection to form the panel grid.
Edge Forming
The top and bottom wires are mechanically formed into continuous rolled profiles. Forming dimensions are controlled across the panel length.
Surface Finishing
The completed panels receive the specified galvanized or powder-coated finish according to the production sequence.

Panel Rigidity
The rolled top and bottom sections increase the stiffness of the welded panel and help maintain its formed geometry during handling.
Fixed Mesh Pattern
Welded intersections keep the specified wire spacing stable across the panel, supporting consistent alignment during installation.

Wire Diameter
