Rolled-Edge Safety Fence

Rolled-Edge Safety Fence is a welded steel mesh panel with continuously formed top and bottom edges. The rolled profile creates a rounded exposed boundary, while welded wire intersections maintain a fixed mesh pattern and panel shape.
The fence is used for schools, parks, public facilities, industrial premises, commercial properties and other perimeter areas where open visibility and controlled panel edges are required. Panel height, width, wire diameter, mesh opening, post section and surface treatment can be specified to suit the fence layout.

Welded Mesh Panel
Horizontal and vertical steel wires are welded at fixed intersections to form a uniform mesh panel.
Rolled Top Edge
The upper wire section is formed into a continuous rounded profile along the panel width.
Rolled Bottom Edge
The lower section follows the same formed profile to maintain consistent panel geometry.

Fence Height
Typical panel heights range from 1.2 m to 2.4 m. Selection depends on the required boundary level, site layout and access conditions.
Mesh Opening
A 50 × 200 mm opening provides a clear visual field while maintaining defined separation. Other opening sizes can be specified for different project layouts.
Wire Diameter
Common wire diameters are 4.0–6.0 mm. The selected diameter should correspond with panel dimensions, support spacing and required panel rigidity.

Galvanized Layer
Galvanizing provides a zinc coating over the steel surface for outdoor exposure and general atmospheric conditions.
Powder-Coated Layer
Powder coating adds a uniform finished surface and allows the fence color to follow the project specification.
Surface Inspection
Finished panels can be checked for coating coverage, visible surface condition and dimensional consistency before packing.

Post Spacing
Post spacing should correspond with panel width and fixing locations to maintain a continuous fence line.
