Hot-Dip Galvanized V-Bend Fence

Hot-Dip Galvanized V-Bend Fence is a welded steel mesh panel with horizontal V-shaped bends formed across the panel. Welded intersections maintain fixed mesh openings, while the V-bend adds section depth and improves panel rigidity.
The panel uses hot-dip galvanized steel for outdoor perimeter applications. Panel height, width, wire diameter, mesh opening, V-bend depth, bend position and post configuration can be specified to match the fence layout and installation requirements.

Welded Mesh
Steel wires are welded at each crossing point to maintain a fixed aperture and consistent panel geometry.
V-Bend Profile
Horizontal V-shaped bends are formed at defined positions across the panel. The formed profile increases section depth without adding a separate frame.
Panel Edges
Panel edges are prepared according to the selected post connection and fixing arrangement, allowing consistent alignment along the fence line.

Steel Wire
Low-carbon steel wire is used for the welded mesh. Wire diameter is selected together with mesh opening and panel dimensions to match the required panel configuration.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing
Fabricated steel components are treated in a molten zinc bath to form a zinc coating over exposed steel surfaces. Coating requirements can be specified according to the project standard.
Powder Coating

Rigid Formed Section
The V-bend increases panel depth and provides additional rigidity compared with a flat welded mesh panel of similar construction.
