Welded Landscape Gabion Boxes

Welded Landscape Gabion Boxes are stone-filled units assembled from welded steel wire mesh panels. The panels form the base, side walls, end panels and internal divisions of each unit. They are used for landscape walls, garden structures, boundary features, decorative retaining sections and architectural stone-filled installations.

Box dimensions, mesh opening, wire diameter, surface treatment and connection components are selected according to the project layout, filling stone and exposure conditions.

Welded Mesh Panels
Steel wires are welded at each intersection to form panels with defined mesh openings and controlled dimensions.
Internal Divisions

Zinc-aluminum coated wire is available where a metallic coating with a specified composition is required.
PVC Coating

Match Stone Size
Select the mesh opening according to the planned stone grading. The stone size should remain compatible with the opening to keep the filling contained.
Check Box Dimensions
Length, width and height determine filling volume and influence the arrangement of diaphragms and stiffeners.
Review Mesh Scale
Mesh opening affects the visible proportion of steel mesh and stone. Smaller openings create a finer grid, while larger openings expose more of the filling material.
