Product Description

The Zinc Steel Fence is manufactured from high-quality hot-dipped galvanized steel using advanced high-frequency welding technology, resulting in a smooth and strong weld seam. The production process includes mechanical forming, chemical pretreatment (degreasing, derusting, phosphating, passivation), electrostatic powder spraying, and high-temperature curing at 220°C. This multi-layer treatment ensures the fence remains rust-free for over 20 years. The greatest advantage of the Zinc Steel Fence is its weld-free assembly - specially developed accessories and pipes are perfectly combined without onsite welding, meeting American Fence Association standards.

Product Advantages

The Zinc Steel Fence offers five key advantages. First, its hot-dipped galvanized substrate provides up to 30 years of rust resistance in outdoor environments without any surface treatment - the same material used for highway barriers and high-voltage transmission towers. Second, the electrostatic powder coating creates a thick, uniform, and impact-resistant finish available in over 500 colors. Third, the weld-free assembly system eliminates onsite welding, reducing installation time by 30-40% compared to traditional fences. Fourth, the modified high-strength engineering nylon accessories last up to 50 years and withstand 183 MPa of pressure. Finally, the Zinc Steel Fence is self-cleaning and environmentally friendly, requiring no maintenance over its service life.

Main Applications

The Zinc Steel Fence is widely used for residential community perimeters, factory and school boundaries, courtyard walls, balcony and terrace railings, staircase handrails, garden and lawn borders, municipal road medians, highway and railway barriers, airport and port security perimeters, and commercial property protection.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: What is the difference between hot-dipped galvanized and electro-galvanized zinc steel fence?

A:Hot-dipped galvanized steel is immersed in a molten zinc bath at several thousand degrees, allowing zinc to penetrate the steel and form a zinc-iron alloy. This provides up to 30 years of rust protection without any surface treatment. Electro-galvanized steel has a thinner zinc coating 60−80g/m² and lasts only 3-5 years in normal conditions. Hot-dipped galvanizing is recommended for outdoor and coastal applications.

Q2: How long does the powder coating last?

A:The electrostatic powder coating is cured at 220°C to form a porcelain-enamel-like surface. The color change rate is less than 5% over 15 years, and the coating will not crack or peel under normal outdoor use due to its UV-resistant and anti-aging properties.
