Material: Wire Strength is Fundamental
Wire Type: Prioritize Q235 low-carbon steel wire or cold-drawn steel wire, as they offer high strength, good ductility, and strong tensile strength.
Wire Diameter: Thicker wires provide greater impact resistance. For example, wires with a diameter of Φ4.0mm or larger are more suitable for high-protection scenarios such as highways, avoiding products with negative tolerances (nominal 4.0mm but actual measured diameter is insufficient).
Mesh Size: Common sizes are 75×150mm and 90×170mm. Mesh sizes that are too large reduce protection, while those that are too small affect visibility and ventilation.
Check Welding Process: Strong Welds Determine Overall Stability
Welding Method: Fully automatic resistance welding is used, resulting in uniform and full welds without any incomplete or missing welds.
Weld Quality Standards: According to national standards, the weld detachment rate should be less than 4%, and the warping after welding should not exceed 8mm.
Inspection Method: The weld can be manually and gently pried open to check for looseness; or a third-party inspection report can be requested from the manufacturer.
